St. Elmos steakhouse is considered by many to be the best steakhouse in the USA. They have a USDA Prime Dry-Aged Beef program that sources from corn fed Midwest Black Angus cattle. Traditionally dry-aged then hand cut to our exact specifications; the dry-aging process produces a more robust and intense flavor. succulent and flavorful steak is one of the most elite meats.
Our memorable Black Grade New York strips are dry-aged 60 days and are hand-cut 1 ½ inches thick and trimmed to a target weight of 12 ounces. Each steak is beautifully marbled and has the buttery aroma and intense beef flavor that only comes from dry-aging.
