SMOKED SALMON LOIN
The salmon loin is what the Russian Czars were served during times of great celebration earning it the name ‘tzar cut salmon’. The loin is one of the meatier cuts of salmon: uniform in thickness, flavorful, and with a succulent texture.
For an elegant, understated presentation, slice the salmon thin and serve with Bagels, Brown Bread or Blini with Cream Cheese, Diced Red Onion, Caper and Dill. Also, serve on Blini for a delightful canapé with Creme Fraiche and Chive.
