Gordals are truly the queen of olives, and these are among the best in Spain. Our large Gordals have a meaty texture and are light on salt so the true olive flavor comes through. Enjoy these plump olives as a tapa, on a fresh green salad or as a tasty addition to your next cocktail!

Losada is a small family company in Carmona, outside of Sevilla, that makes their olives in small batches. They carefully select blemish-free Gordal olives and pack them in a mild brine so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor.

We recommend serving these olives chilled or at room temperature according to your taste.
