BRANZINO

Winner of the 2018 sofi (Specialty Food Association) Award for Best New Product in the Seafood Category. Branzino, known as Mediterranean seabass, has a delicate white, slightly sweet flesh. Fillets are gently grilled and hand-packed with a mild olive oil to allow the fish’s natural delicate flavor to sing. These fillets are perfect to top a salad or substitute it any where you would use canned tuna.
