Stirato Bread

It looks like a baguette and even tastes like one but this Stirato (stretched loaf) is crafted with the same methods that Italian artisan bakers have practiced for centuries. The stirato is slow fermented like all the breads at Sullivan St but it smaller circumference make it a touch sweeter with a light crispy crust!

This long lost cousin of the baguette is begging to be your partner in crime as long as that crime involves, prosciutto, butter, burrata or all of the above!
