French Saucisson Sec Le Petit Bride

Awarded the Gold Meal at the French Sausage Awards. Le Petit Bride Derived from old recipes, the “Petit bridé end lean” is the fruit of a mixture of mature fresh meats (ripe meats from heavy pigs), certified VPF (French pork meat).

It is made with whole pieces (shoulder, ham) denervated, pre-salted then left to rest. Made with 100% natural ingredients, without dyes or enhancers, it is characterized by its rustic and coarse chop and its lean stuffing (92% lean for 8% fat), covered with a natural casing.
