La Bibliotheque at Chevre is a space for both the appreciation and education of wine, beer, cheese, and other gourmet goods. The library serves as a cozy and luxurious classroom, tasting room, and VIP lounge for
members. Cheese Don and Chevre founder, Mario Naar, will lead Master classes on cheese.

Double Certified Sommelier and Cicerone, wine and beer expert, Nevin Kumar will be in-house to lead classes and innovative tastings not found anywhere in Miami. Classes and tastings include Wine 101/ Advanced, Beer 101/ Advanced, Blind Tasting, Varietal Studies, Country vs. Country, Blends, History, and many more..

Weekly caviar pairings will be offered along with Michelin star level food and snacks courtesy of renowned Chef Nicole Votano.

A monthly “Chef’s Table” event will allow Guest Chefs to prepare their foods in house while we pour Somm select wine and beer pairings.

And yes, La Bibliotheque will act as a library equipped with books and resources for those studying for their next level wine or beer certification.
